Consumers Life Health Business Transfers to Medical Mutual
Please be aware that effective July 1, 2011, Consumers Life Insurance Company will transfer its health business to its parent company, Medical Mutual, in Indiana and Michigan.  Future correspondence will come from Medical Mutual.  Rates and benefits will not change as a result of this transition.
